Customisation Lead Times

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Where offered and agreed, we ship on a DDP basis, meaning duties and import taxes are included and managed for you. If DDP is not available for your destination or order type, we will confirm this with you before dispatch.
During peak trading period, dispatch times may vary. Our delivery service operates Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries may require a signature. Taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout.
