RETURNS & EXCHANGES
GB Studios Returns Policy
7 day return window
You may return or exchange most stock items within 7 days of delivery. We just ask that items are:
New and unused, with all original tags, packaging, and any included extras
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Customised items
Because custom work is made to order, we do not offer refunds on stock that has been customised, including items with printed or embroidered logos.
This also applies to bespoke or personalised pieces, unless faulty.
Non returnable items
For hygiene reasons, some items may be non returnable (for example face coverings or similar items).
HOW TO RETURN
1) Get in touch first (recommended)
If you have any questions or you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning and we will guide you through the quickest option.
2) Pack it properly
Use the original packaging where possible, and include all tags and any accessories.
3) Send it back
Unless otherwise agreed, returns should be sent to:

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If the fault is confirmed after inspection, we will reimburse your return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
(we cannot accept items damaged through misuse)
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once processed
