This project explores the design and development of performance-led uniforms for the waterpark at Grand Hyatt Dubai. Created for lifeguards, maintenance, management, and cabana teams, the collection focuses on durability, comfort, UV protection, and clarity, supporting staff working in heat, water, and constant motion.

For The Savoy, London, we delivered a considered refresh across multiple departments, balancing heritage, practicality, and modern service needs. Bespoke fabrics and tailored details were developed to suit each role while maintaining a cohesive visual identity throughout the hotel. The result is a uniform programme that respects the building’s history while supporting the pace and standards of a world-class hospitality environment.

For Swingers, we created a playful, performance-led uniform programme to match the energy of a fast-growing global hospitality brand. Designed to feel more like fashion than workwear, the collection balances bold prints, movement-friendly silhouettes, and technical fabrics built for long, high-traffic shifts. From London, Dubai, Washington DC, New York and Boston USA. The uniforms are instantly recognisable, practical in daily service, and scalable as new venues open worldwide.

For The Cumberland, London, we created a bold, music led uniform identity to support the hotel’s full opening and new era. Built across front of house, doormen, reception, guest services, and F&B, the collection blends British tailoring with modern hospitality functionality and a strong creative narrative. Developed with artist collaboration and custom prints referencing the hotel’s heritage, the result is a unified look with attitude. Premium, practical, and instantly recognisable.

For Hotel Sanders, Copenhagen, we developed a calm, refined uniform programme shaped by the hotel’s understated elegance and considered interiors. Working closely with the team on site, the collection was designed to feel tailored yet relaxed, using natural fabrics and tones that sit seamlessly within the space. The result is a uniform story that mirrors the Sanders atmosphere: comfortable, thoughtful, and quietly confident in daily service.

For The Grand Hotel, Brighton, we’ve built a long term uniform partnership that keeps the hotel’s signature elegance consistent while evolving the wardrobe over time. Rather than reinventing, each update has refined what already works, new ties and waistcoats, refreshed spa pieces, and bespoke details for the doormen always shaped by close collaboration with the team. With exclusive suiting fabric held in our warehouse, top ups stay fast and colour consistent year after year, keeping the look polished, practical, and unmistakably “Grand.”

Built around fire, spice, and Silk Road storytelling, DOOD needed uniforms with personality rather than polish for polish’s sake. We developed two custom print directions: a map-inspired shirt with hand-drawn routes and sandy tones, threaded through with subtle flashes of DOOD’s signature orange, and a repeating geometric motif that works especially well behind the bar. The result feels relaxed and wearable, yet still distinctive under warm, low lighting, with uniforms that fit the atmosphere and the way the team actually works.

For The Welbeck Hotel, London, we created a confident, contemporary uniform story rooted in the building’s Edwardian heritage. A bespoke printed shirt, featuring stylised architectural silhouettes, anchors the collection and brings character across departments, while warm rust toned tailoring reflects the hotel’s interior palette. Designed to work from front of house through to the bar and housekeeping, the uniforms balance smart presentation with comfort, movement, and everyday practicality.

For Riddle & Finns, we built a sharp front of house tailoring system to match Brighton’s most iconic champagne and oyster bar. The collection centres on an exclusive deep brown checked suiting cloth developed just for them and held in stock at our workshop, keeping top-ups fast and colour consistent as the team changes. Finished with subtle green trims and a bespoke octopus print tie and pocket square, the result is polished, timeless, and unmistakably Riddle & Finns, with stock and reorders managed through the GB Studios client portal and dedicated account support.

Signature accessories for The Stafford’s American Bar set the tone first, with custom printed ties and pocket squares drawing on the space’s memorabilia, warm timber, and golden light. From there, the wider uniform system was built to feel unmistakably Stafford, heritage led tailoring with modern comfort across front of house, housekeeping, and F&B. A classic palette of navy and soft blue, finished with discreet gold detailing, keeps every department cohesive, polished, and ready for long shifts without feeling overly formal.
