A hotel uniform is the first thing a guest reads and the last thing they forget. It sets the tone at the door and carries it through every floor, reception, concierge, restaurant, bar, spa, housekeeping. At Gresham Blake Studios, we design uniforms that hold that standard from the first shift to the last.
For over 25 years we've dressed luxury hotels and hospitality groups across the UK, Europe. With a new showroom opened 2026 in the United Arab Emirates, to support our Middle East Hotel programmes. Our programmes pair fashion led design with real world construction. Garments cut to move, made to last, and built to look sharp at 11pm as well as 9am.
Bespoke, Stock & Hybrid
Every hotel runs differently, so we offer three routes. Bespoke a fully custom programme built from your brand, your interiors and your team structure, including exclusive fabric development. Stock quality pieces from our 45 Collection, ready to embroider and dispatch worldwide. Hybrid a bespoke signature piece anchored by stock essentials, for a considered look at a manageable cost and timescale.
Designed for Every Department
We dress the whole operation from front of house, concierge and butlers, food and beverage, spa and wellness, housekeeping, banqueting and back of house. Each role gets a garment designed for its demands, unified by one coherent look across the property.
