Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Gresham Blake Studios B2B website and govern trade account registration and the purchase of stock uniform items through this site. Separate terms apply to bespoke uniform projects and will be confirmed in your proposal or supply agreement.

If you have any questions, contact studios@greshamblake.com

1. About Us

This website is operated by Gresham Blake Studios.

2. Trade Account Registration

To access trade pricing and place orders you must register for a trade account and be approved by us.

When registering, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete. If your details change, please notify us at studios@greshamblake.com

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we use your data.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases on this site are intended for business customers only.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are acting on behalf of a business or organisation

You are authorised to place orders and use the payment method provided

The billing and delivery information you provide is accurate

We may decline, suspend, or close trade accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4. Pricing and VAT

Trade pricing is visible only to approved trade account holders.

Unless stated otherwise:

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT

VAT will be applied at checkout where applicable

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price shown at the time your order is accepted will be honoured, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

5. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order, not that we have accepted it.

Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.

Items in your basket are not reserved and may become unavailable.

If an item cannot be supplied due to stock or system discrepancy, we may:

Offer an alternative

Confirm a revised lead time

Issue a refund for the affected item(s)

6. Lead Times and Fulfilment

These lead times apply to stock orders placed on this B2B website.

  • Stock orders: dispatch typically within 1 to 2 weeks from order confirmation

  • Customised stock items: logo printing or embroidery may add additional time, typically 1 to 3 weeks in total depending on quantity and production schedules

Lead times are estimates and can vary by order size, destination, peak periods, and courier performance.

Stock fulfilment may be handled by an external logistics partner. We remain responsible for customer service and resolution.

Bespoke uniform projects are quoted separately and follow separate timelines.

7. Delivery and Risk

We ship worldwide using tracked services and signature on delivery where required.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the delivery address provided, evidenced by courier delivery confirmation.

If you nominate a recipient or third party delivery location, delivery to that address is treated as delivery to you.

8. Duties, Taxes, and DDP

Where offered and agreed, we ship on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and import taxes are included in the order cost and managed for you.

If DDP is not available for your destination or order type, we will confirm the delivery basis before dispatch.

9. Payment

We accept payment methods shown at checkout.

Payment may be taken at the time of ordering or at the time of dispatch, depending on the payment method and account settings.

All payment card transactions are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details on our systems.

If payment authorisation is refused, we will not dispatch the order and we are not responsible for any resulting delay.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Faults (B2B)

Because this is a business to business site, consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

If you receive faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods, you must notify us within 5 working days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange, at our option:

Replacement

Repair

Credit note

Refund

Returns for non faulty items may be accepted only with prior written approval. Any approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the timeframe we specify. Return shipping costs may apply.

Customised items, including printed or embroidered logo items, are typically non returnable unless faulty.

11. Product Information

We aim to ensure product descriptions, sizing, and imagery are accurate. Colours may vary due to screens and lighting. Where samples or swatches are provided, they are indicative.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Gresham Blake Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any site content without our written permission.

You may download or print pages for internal business use only.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the site unlawfully or fraudulently

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts

Upload or transmit malware or harmful code

Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the site

We may suspend access where we believe these Terms have been breached.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law.

Subject to the above, our liability is limited to direct losses that are reasonably foreseeable. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability in relation to an order will not exceed the value of the goods supplied under that order.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time of ordering will apply to that order.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
