This is not a generic dashboard. It’s your tailored control centre for your uniforms. At GB Studio, we're known for design, detail and delivery, but the way we support you behind the scenes is just as important.  Our client portal brings your uniform programme into one easy to use space, giving you instant visibility on orders, stock levels and upcoming deliveries, all supported by a dedicated account manager for when you need a human touch.

 


A Single Login for Everything

Your portal is built using Shopify Plus combined with our WFX PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system. Together, they create a private web account where you can see everything relevant to your property or group, including:

  • Current uniform orders in production
  • Expected delivery dates and key milestones
  • Live stock levels for stock-supported ranges
  • Incoming replenishment dates
  • Past orders and full order history
  • New developments and prototypes (where relevant)
  • Department-specific ranges if you run multiple outlets or properties

It’s a clean system, easy to navigate, designed so you can get answers in seconds.


See What’s in Production and When It’s Due

Your portal connects directly to our WFX PLM system. When we update key production stages: fabrics booked, trims approved, sampling completed, bulk production started, shipments dispatched. You can see that progress reflected on your side.

No more searching old email chains or spreadsheets. You can log in and see where your uniforms are in the process and when they are due to arrive.


Live Stock Levels & Replenishment Dates

If you use our stock-supported range or hold dedicated stock with us, your Client Portal gives you live visibility on:

  • Current stock levels by style and size
  • What’s running low and needs attention
  • What’s already in production as replenishment
  • Expected arrival dates for new stock

This is especially useful for busy seasons or properties with higher staff turnover. You can see what you have, what’s coming and plan accordingly.


Past Orders at a Glance

Your order history is stored in one place within the portal, making it easy to:

  • Reorder core styles
  • Check what was supplied for each department or property
  • Share information with finance or procurement teams
  • Review previous phases of a rollout or project

It also helps us analyse your usage patterns so we can advise on stock levels, future builds and the most efficient way to manage your uniform programme.


New Developments & Future Phases

For clients working on multi-stage projects, new outlets, refurbishments, seasonal refreshes or new role templates - your portal can also include:

  • Development sketches and design concepts
  • Fabric and trim options
