As a new restaurant concept, aesthetic, identity and attention to detail were hugely important to us from the outset. When we first met the team from Gresham Blake, they understood our vision straight away. We were looking for something that went far beyond a standard hospitality uniform – something that reflected the soul of DOOD.

The men’s shirts feature printed antique-style maps, a nod to ancient journeys and trade routes, while the women’s design incorporates our signature pattern in a way that feels both striking and elegant.

The result is a uniform that truly reflects who we are: refined, storied, and rooted in something deeper. Our team are proud to wear them, and the uniforms have already become a talking point with our guests.

From the very beginning, we felt that Gresham Blake understood our brief and took an effort to already, in the early stage, visualise our ideas. This was, to our surprise, the only supplier who went the extra mile in the initial process.

As we greatly value craftsmanship, our standards for design, aesthetics and small details were very high from the beginning. The mixture of the final collection consists of several stock pieces as well as high-end bespoke items made exclusively for Kølpin Hotels.
