Delivering uniforms is the final, crucial stage in the Gresham Blake Studios journey. After design, sampling, fittings, and production, this is where everything comes together: garments checked, packed, organised, and delivered exactly how your team needs them.

1. Final Quality Control

Before anything leaves the workshop, every garment goes through a full quality control process checking stitching, seams, labels, trims and finishing, correct embroidery and branding placement, fabric and colour accuracy against approved samples, and consistent sizing at key measurement points.


2. Sustainable Packing Options

Every venue is different, so we offer flexible packing options: boxed garments folded neatly for easy department allocation, hanging for jackets and premium pieces that arrive ready to wear, and hybrid mixes tailored to each department. Wherever possible, we use recyclable materials.

3. Barcoding and Stock Control (Optional)

For larger teams or multi-site operations, we can add barcodes applied to individual garments, allocation by department or employee, digital stock sheets to track sizes and quantities, and integration with your PLM or stock control system.

4. Warehoused at Our Workshop

We warehouse most uniforms directly at our workshop rather than relying on multiple third-party storage sites. This reduces transport miles, speeds up dispatch and top-up orders, and keeps stock in one place managed by the same team who made it.

5. Dispatch and Delivery on Your Schedule

Once QC, packing and any barcoding are complete, we plan delivery around your timelines: coordinated deliveries for hotel openings, staggered drops by department, worldwide courier shipping for international teams, and express options for urgent top-ups.

6. After Delivery: Ongoing Support

Delivery is not the end of the project. We stay involved to help with size exchanges and fit adjustments, arranging top-up orders as your team grows, providing garment care advice, supporting staff onboarding with clear uniform guidelines, and troubleshooting any department-specific issues.

Roll Out: On-Site Fittings, Team Intros & A Calm Go-Live

Our uniform rollout playbook keeps each project calm, clear and on schedule. From phased deliveries and size curves to on-site fittings and light-touch training, we make sure your teams look ready from day one.
Step One: Meeting Your Team & Setting the Plan

Rollout begins with a straightforward introduction covering which departments will roll out first, approximate staff numbers, any particular needs, and how we’ll manage late hires, seasonal staff or follow-up sizes.
On-Site Fittings

We arrive on site with size curves, fitting blocks and a clear schedule. During fittings we use fitting blocks to gauge the best fit, check sleeve lengths, hems and overall fit, note any alterations, and ensure each person feels comfortable and confident.
Phased Deliveries

Uniform rollout doesn’t have to happen all at once. We plan deliveries to suit your storage, staffing levels and opening timelines, with clear records of what was delivered, which sizes went where and what will be needed for future top-ups.
Aftercare & Future Phases

After rollout, we stay connected: checking how uniforms are performing, where extra sizes may be needed, and planning for future phases or seasonal hires.
